What People Are Saying

Baby Naming

“Planning a DIY baby naming ceremony on zero sleep would have been an incredibly difficult task if it hadn’t been for Rabbi Lenza. She seamlessly walked us through each moment, effortlessly helping to plan the ceremony. She even helped us pick out the perfect Hebrew name for my daughter. Highly recommend!”

- Joanie L.

Wedding

“Rabbi Lenza was welcoming, loving, informative, and encouraging of us wanting a Jewish wedding. She guided us through all the steps, different options for our ceremony, and helped us with couples counseling as well as sessions on building a Jewish home. On our wedding day, she walked everyone through the different components of the ceremony, and guests raved about our amazingly talented rabbi! We love Rabbi Lenza and recommend her to everyone.”

- Scott F. & Rebecca C.

Wedding

"Rabbi Jessica Lenza was the officiant at our wedding, but before that she was our “Intro to Judaism” teacher. What we appreciated most about Jessica’s approach was that she had extensive knowledge of Jewish tradition and history including the reasoning and multiple viewpoints behind every decision, allowing us to see the story of our Jewish heritage unfold from every angle. This flowed seamlessly into our wedding planning with Rabbi Lenza as she effortlessly wove together ancient tradition and contemporary context to fit us as a couple. That wouldn’t have been possible without Jessica’s egoless and steadfast guidance."

- Paul B. & Molly B.

B’nei Mitzvah

“I loved studying with Rabbi Jessica so much, and every week I couldn't wait for our Zoom sessions. She was always so patient and supportive of me, and it made studying my Torah portion super fun. I am really grateful for Rabbi Jessica, and I know she will always be my rabbi!”

- Ellis M.

Conversion

"My conversion experience with Rabbi Lenza was amazing. One year flew by with her! Her classes were very informative, while also interesting and fun! My husband (who was born Jewish) and I looked forward to going, we both learned so much throughout the process. We had a very open dialogue on a regular basis, and I was able to learn so much from our conversations. I would highly recommend Rabbi Lenza to anyone looking to go through a conversion or anyone looking to deepen their studies in Judaism."

- Margo T.

Memorial Service

"Rabbi Jessica is everything a contemporary family could want in a rabbi. She has been available for our family and our extended family ever since she was ordained. She genuinely cares about the families that she is ministering to, making sure she gets to know as many people involved as possible. One outstanding example of her work happened when my dear aunt died in another state with no family present. Since this was during the pandemic, the funeral was zoom service online and the person conducting it did not acknowledge my aunt being Jewish. Rabbi Jessica stepped up and arranged a beautiful Jewish memorial service for my aunt’s loved ones that enabled the family to have closure. She reached out prior to all the people involved so we could be included in the service. We are fortunate and honored to call her our Rabbi."
